{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/xVYBvotTedQ>" %}

1. When the applications start rolling in, you can view the applications on your Organisation Dashboard > Projects > Active.
2. **\[Important] ⭐ Please contact the volunteer for a phone interview or a screening process before sending an offer. There are three main questions / areas we recommend to touch upon (refer to the table below).**
3. Once you've found the right volunteer, click "Send Offer" to send them our [standard volunteer agreement](https://timeauction.org/volunteers_terms_and_conditions).
4. After the offer has been sent, the volunteer will accept or decline your offer.
5. Once they have accepted your offer, you can liaise with them directly and kickstart with the project!
